Why workforce management / Resource planning?
The Fiddletree team recognized the need for an all-in-one solution for resource planning that allows Employees, Crews, and Equipment to be requested and assigned to each construction phase of each Opportunity / Job. Using one cloud platform for all of your resources will make sure all of your employees have the latest data about where they need to be, which resources are on their job, and to quickly let the office know when they need more resources.
The only construction costs that can be controlled are Labor and Equipment. By assigning the right resource for each request, construction companies can keep their employees happier and more productive while helping the bottom line. The Gantt charts are simple ways to see the allocation by Job or by Resource.
FIddletree Resource Planning also makes it easy to see the resource demand upcoming opportunities added onto the resource demand for current Jobs. The utilization reports show the utilization of each resource and resource category compared to the average. This makes it easy to see who’s over or under allocated.
